What happens if the hire isn’t a fit?
No worries — there’s zero long-term commitment. You can stop, swap, or scale at any time with no penalties or paperwork.
How is payment handled?
We take care of everything — contracts, compliance, and payouts. You get one simple invoice, and we handle the rest behind the scenes.
What is the Commission-Only Hire?
HumX’s Commission-Only hire means that you only pay when we deliver results — no monthly fees. We handle outreach, book appointments with real leads, and send full details directly to your calendar. You’ll pay £75 for each confirmed appointment or £100 for appointments that meet your specific lead criteria (qualified lead). It’s that simple.
How does the Commission-Only process work?
The process is simple and results-driven:
You provide your lead list – To get started, you’ll share minimum 20 mobile numbers of decision-makers you want us to reach out to.
We launch outreach – Our reps contact your leads via calls / sms/ emails. We book appointments – When a lead agrees to a meeting, we schedule it and send you all the details — time, date, contact info, and any key notes.
You only pay for results when appointment is booked.
What is upfront booking credit?
Clients pre-pay for a fixed number of booked & confirmed appointments, instead of committing to a monthly subscription. After each successful booking, the number of remaining appointments in your pack is updated. For example, if 4 appointments are booked, you’ll have 6 remaining in a 10-pack. Once your pack is used up, we’ll notify you. At that point, you can choose to purchase another pack or upgrade to a monthly plan — it’s a great opportunity to scale up your support.
What’s the Difference Between a Qualified and Unqualified Appointment in Commission Based Hiring?
Qualified Appointment – We ask specific questions before booking to make sure the lead meets your criteria. You get a pre-screened, more relevant appointment.
Unqualified Appointment – We don’t ask any questions — we just book the appointment. Quick and straightforward, but no lead filtering in advance.
